20 week appointment

So...we decided not to find out the sex of the baby afterall! I kept going back and fourth trying to decide what I wanted to do (Matt was on board with either decision). Since baby #2 will be a scheduled c-section, I know how that will go (hopefully!) and thought that it would be special to be surprised about what our lil one will be in the delivery room! I stayed strong at the appointment and we will find out the sex in another 20 weeks or so! I still think that it's another girl. I've gained 7# so far, with most of the weight coming on in the past month (5#). The baby had a heart beat in the 150's and was very active during the ultrasound, making me laugh a lot!

Summer fun!

Having so much fun on July 4th at the Hawthorne Woods Country Club!

July 3rd in Chicago was Claire's first time on a boat (even though we didn't do any actual boating)!

Claire now insists on feeding herself and things surely get messy! She does great with a fork and is getting the hang of using a spoon.

POOL PARTY!!
