Allie in her heels!

Allie is shoe obsessed and this pair seems to be her favorite!  She will go into my closet and take these out of the box and strut her stuff!  She is pretty good getting around in them!

Loving summer!

Claire loves to get the mail.  She always asks me if the mail man has come to our house.  She especially likes it when fun packages like this show up!  Thanks Aunt Lyssie!

Sticker gem earrings.  She loved them and looked so grown up!

Allie's first train ride.  She did okay on the first lap but then she appeared to be a little afraid.

Sad sweet face :)

Claire is an amazing big sister!  The girls had fun playing at the tree house at Yorktown.

Typical Allie face!  She got over it and had fun.

We love eating our meals outside!  My favorite is breakfast before the sun hits.

Claire loves it when Fred comes over.  He brings Claire to see his wife, Laverne, who gives her treats (in her hand).

It's not summer without ice cream!

Dancing Claire

The first video is from a concert that we went to at the Park Ridge library.  The second is her dancing after her nap, so don't mind the crazy hair!  She starts dance class in a week, so hopefully she will learn a few more moves!

Video-Allie 18 months

Allie loves to climb up on top of Nappie's crate and give him his treats (aka cookies).
She starts out saying "cookies" then " cookie please" and says "open it" and "open" in addition to some other words that are a little easier to translate!

Grammie's Birthday at Flat Top Grill

Our annual celebration spot!  I took two pics and one of them was blurry so here is the one shot!  Allie has been a bit particular in whom she will allow to hold her lately.  Though this pic doesn't really show it, she is Papo's girl!

On a side note, I need to work on taking more pics.  I've been taking a break from taking pics for some reason, so I'm trying to be good again!  Claire and I have both been sick and we are on the upswing and so happy to be done with the flu-like bug we were dealing with.
