13 months

Thanks to the move, a lot of things were packed up, including Charlie's birthday attire!  He sported it on his 13 month birthday!  He is my handsome little guy, I can't even handle the cuteness!

Goodbye old house!

We had the most amazing 6 years at our old house!  It's crazy to think that when we moved in, I was 7 months pregnant with Claire.  I sat on those front steps with each of my babies upon coming home from the hospital.  We made such wonderful memories here, but are ready for the next chapter at the new house!

Claire is 6!

Our smart, sweet and caring six year old!  We adore our Claireykins!

Claire spent the morning with us, and it just so happened that her birthday was moving weekend!  She spent the later part of the day with Grammie and Papo and the following day with Pamma and Grandpa!  She had a great time and we thank the grandparents for all of their help!  We truly would not have been able to do it without them!

Claire had been planning her birthday party for a while!  She wanted it at the gymnastics studio and she wanted her school friends there.  It was kind of a last hurrah with her friends from her old school! (plus Dane and Allie!)

Summer fun

 Trying out the new car seat!  He likes it.  His expression was so cute the first time we drove around with him in it.  He was staring out of the window just taking in the world!  My little observer!

 Claire attended a couple of Park Ridge concerts in the park with Grammie and Papo and was always such a good girl for them despite getting home very late!  Our big girl is growing up!  She loves getting her face painted!

Crazy hair girls!  Grammie and Papo took the kids to Mt. Prospect family night out and returned our girls looking a little different that usual!  Allie had a really cool twisted braid too!

 The girls thought this was great!  They weren't allowed to do it again, but I appreciate their creativity!  They love making "little houses" for themselves and invite one another over!

Old school park!

By our old house, there is a park we occasionally went to that reminded Matt and I of our childhood!  We snapped a few pics to remember it!  That parks days are numbered and Chicago Blackhawk theme one is being proposed as the coach is from Edison Park!
