Claire lost her first tooth!

Claire has two loose teeth.  This morning, one of them was really wiggly and we predicted that today would be the day it falls out.
Here are the before pictures!
AFTER!!  At dinner, she called out to me that she lost her tooth!  We wrote the toothfairy a letter asking if she can keep her tooth.  Later on, the lost tooth was in fact, lost.  We are hoping that the toothfairy finds it and makes a vist!
 New smile with 19 teeth!
The tooth is tiny!  She is holding it here!

Track-a-thon

The track-a-thon was a success!  The day started with a cute dance.  Then the kids ran around the track as many times as they could.  Maddie and Claire ran for the entire hour!  They surprised everyone!  They ran around the track 16 times, which is 3.2 miles.  Way to go girls!
They ran together and checked in after completing each lap!
 Running comes naturally!
 Go Clairey Go!
 Staying hydrated!
 Dane wants in!
 Claire and Maddie's fan club!
Dad and Allie joined in for a lap despite Allie's sparkly shoes, not quite ideal for running!
Dane and Uncle Matt did a lap too!
Claire enjoyed telling us how many laps she completed after each check-in!

Elsa x 2!

Allie wants to be Elsa for Halloween.  There are going to be a lot of Elsa's around the neighborhood, that is for sure!  I found a couple of costumes and the girls had fun channeling Elsa!  Allie calls her by her offical title, Queen Elsa of Arendelle!

Zoo-Dolphins

Another fun day at the Brookfield Zoo!  If I have the kids on my own and it's a nice weekend, off we go to the zoo!
The girls love watching the dophins.  They know that one is named Allie and ask me which on it is.  If I only knew!
The Welke's met up with us at the Children's zoo.  Beautiful face paint as usual!

Charlie 2 month stats (actually 2.5 months!)

Charlie was adorable at his 2 month check up.  He was crying and as soon as the doctor leaned over to examine him, he was talking and smiling at her.  The nurses and doctor mentioned that he is going to be a big boy!

Head circ: 40 cm (72nd %)
Weight: 13 # 11.5 oz. (77%)
Length: 24.5" (95th %)

Slow down little babe!  I have to add that we went to Culver's after the appointment and the workers were calling him "juicy" which totally cracked me up!  Much funnier than saying he's a big boy!
