September-Lake House excitement

We found a baby turtle! Allie spotted it and Claire took over!

She's sending the baby turtle back home to it's family. Claire cried because she wanted to keep him, but we had to do the right thing!

4 years old! She picked out her outfit. She really likes to wear this pink and purple dress, so it was no surprise!

Red Pepper!

Claire loves red peppers, so we decided to try to grown them. We successfully grew ONE pepper! Claire waited patiently for it to turn red and chowed it down like an apple! Fingers crossed that we get at least one more!

We have been enjoying our membership and we had fun checking out the Hamill Family Play Zoo.

The girls were totally into the game. They loved yelling "go Cubs go" and singing during the 7th inning stretch.

Custard beards! We had to stop at Scooter's for the best frozen custard ever! The girls were fans!

The girls had a blast! We went on a weeknight and practically had the place to ourselves!

Museum of Science and Industry

We had fun going to our favorite museum with Grammie, Papo, Maddie and Dane. We loved showing them all of our favorite things!

After the museum, the kids played in the sprinkler! It was such a fun summer day!

We had a blast! We had a picnic lunch followed by a lot of singing and dancing!

Allie riding alone just about gave me a heart attack! I was already stressing because at this point in the day I realized that I had lost my phone! It has since been returned. Phew!
