Queen bee Claire

Yet another gorgeous day in Chicago! For the past week, the temps have been hovering around 80 degrees! Today we headed to Old Orchard for some shopping. The girls lasted over 2 hours, so I call that a success! We definitely spent more time playing than shopping! Here Claire is doing ballet with the ballerina sculpture, how very adorable of her!
Playing! A little long haired boy (in overalls to her left) kept coming up to Claire and was trying to hold her hand. She kept telling me that some girl wanted to hold her hand. Too funny!

Claire and Maddie make a "Messterpiece"

In the kitchen area, the girls made a "worm habitat" which was popcorn that they coated in a little bit of butter, followed by hot chocolate mix and a gummy worm. We headed outside to enjoy their creation!

I love that Claire is wearing her shirt from last year and Allie is wearing Claire's onesie from 2 years ago!!
They were hugging it out and got a little crazy!
They both really like beads! Every day since St. Pat's, both Claire and Allie have been sporting beads. It's pretty funny how possesive Allie is of hers!

Allie's first day of swim class!

She is totally unfazed by the water! I snapped a quick shot before we left for class, luckily it's nearly 80 degrees today! We picked up Claire from the little daycare area and headed to the park!

Claire and Ilse

Claire joined the ladies at a baby shower for Ilse! Pamma put together a very nice luncheon and we had a great time. Claire was just one of the girls for over two hours! I was very proud of her for being such a good girl. Ilse is due with her "miracle baby" in two weeks and we can not wait to meet baby David!
