 My two little cheerleaders sure got a lot of smiles!  Here they are on the train.  Allie was in awe, it was the cutest thing ever.

 We waited to go until after nap time, but it was still super hot at 6 pm.  We had to cool off with milkshakes!

More summer fun! The girls and I drove to the quad cities to meet up with my college best friend and her boys.  We loved seeing them!

Lake House for the 4th of July!

 The Welke's brought sparklers, snaps, and color bombs that the kids loved.  When it came to the real fireworks, they all freaked out!

We had the best time at the Museum of Science and Industry!  It was the first time that all of us were able to go together!

Summer fun!

What can I say, we've been having too much fun and are a bit behind!

 Arlington Heights summer fun!  They saw Miss Jodi perform from Allie's music class, bounced in the bounce house and Claire got her face painted.  Claire realized that her unicorn didn't really look like one!

 We've been to the Brookfield zoo and handful of times since we got the membership this year.

 We had fun taking care of Goldie, our pet caterpillar and were thrilled to see her spin a cocoon.

 We have fun getting together with neighbors!

 Claire and Maddie went to Itty Bitty bible camp at Claire's Preschool for three days.  They liked it!

 Releasing our butterfly (actually a moth)!  We are always looking to find a new furry friend and Claire has had to settle with keeping pill bugs until then!  Allie calls them "Rosie Posies" which makes it worth it!
