Kiddie Klub Lane

We had such a fun morning at Kiddle Klub Lane! Claire (and all the other kids) loved the dalmation! It was also great to see Heather and Frankie. Allie was there too, and enjoyed observing all of the big kids.

Go Cubs Go!

I was trying to take a picture of Allie in her Cubs outit, but two little ones crashed the photo shoot! Here they all are doing "tummy time!"

Necklaces from Pamma

Claire likes to wear her beads from Pamma. She puts them on and will say, "necklaces" or "Pamma" and counts them and says that they are blue. Right now, if you ask her a color, chances are that she will repond with blue. She put them on her baby doll.

Allie's 4 month doctor visit/stats

4 months!!! I can not believe that our baby is growing up so fast. I think it's going even faster this time around. Everything checked out great, and the doctor said that Allie is "long and lean" which cracked me up because when you look at her, that's not exactly what comes to mind! Both Claire and Allie were excellent today and I was very proud of them (unlike last time 2 months ago when I just wanted to get the heck out of there)!

Weight: 13# 12 oz. (50th %tile)
Length: 25 1/4" (75-90th %tile)
Head: 40 1/4 cm (25th %tile)

Just because people wonder, Claire's stats from 4 months are below:
Weight: 15# 1 oz. (90th %tile) Length: 27 1/4" (>95th %tile, way off the chart!)Head Circumfernce: 41.25 cm (50th %tile)

St. Patty's Day

These photos were taken after the girls spent a long, fun day playing with Grammie! It was a little difficult, but we had to do it since Claire had her super cute outfit on from Uncle Chris, Robin, Kayla and Ryan. She also had her matching bow and socks from Pamma.

This morning, I thought that Claire was going under Allie's toy to play with it, but then she motioned for me to put Allie next to her. It was really sweet.

Nappie and Claire

Claire playing her "washcloth on the head game" with Nappie! Isn't he a good sport? He's such a good boy!

Last Thursday, Napoleon gave us a major scare. I first became concerned when he wouldn't come up the stairs. Then I realized that he hadn't much to eat or drink over the past couple of days. He also appeared to be in pain. I got him into the vet that morning, and they gave him a steroid. On Friday, he was still unable to really move and wasn't eating or drinking. We started giving him pain pills Friday night and on Saturday, he was doing better. He appears to be getting stronger everyday! Phew!
