Life before baby boy!

The girls are excited to welcome their baby brother!  They keep suggesting the name Jack.  I'm not sure where that idea originated from.  Several months ago, we started having the girls share a bedroom.  It worked out well for a while, but they are now back in their own rooms.  The problem is that Allie doesn't stop talking and keeps Claire awake!  Claire has always been an excellent sleeper and goes to sleep without difficulty.  Allie doesn't seem to need as much rest time and that is where our problem lies!  We have a baby bro count down and it's only a matter of time before he arrives!

I have found this pregnancy to be the most difficult of the three.  I have had some hip pain that comes and goes.  We've been staying busy despite my poor energy level and I find myself wanting to do fun family things with the girls while it's possible!  The girls have been playing nicely together this summer.  They enjoy playing outside on the swing set and doing crafts.  Claire loves to make things for people and is really into it!  Allie loves playing with her doggies and kitty cats!  They perform "shows" which may involve them singing songs from Frozen or Laurie Berkner.
